Trusted by 10 million+ listeners, with 200,000+ five-star reviews.

Beginning is built for everyone who can’t sit still long enough to meditate. Put on your headphones, close your eyes, and let immersive 3D sound do the work — deep sleep tonight, a fresh start tomorrow.

WHAT MAKES BEGINNING DIFFERENT

Every sleep meditation and sound journey blends binaural beats, calming sound frequencies, and nature sounds captured in real locations with three-dimensional recording technology. The result is relaxation music so vivid and enveloping that racing thoughts quiet down on their own. If you can listen, you can do this.

3D SOUND JOURNEYS — NOW 10 LEVELS DEEP

Progress through ten levels of immersive 25-minute journeys, each one deeper and more personal than the last. NEW: Level 10 has arrived — six of our most advanced journeys yet, crafted for the deepest relaxation we’ve ever produced.

SLEEP SOUNDS & SOUND THERAPY

Drift into deep sleep and calm anxious thoughts with twenty targeted 32-minute sound therapy sessions, each made for a different moment: Deep Sleep, Full Relaxation, Less Stress, Energy Boost, Better Memory, Rebuild Confidence, Gratitude, Clarity, and more. Whether you’re fighting insomnia, winding down after a stressful day, or just need sleep sounds that actually work - press play.

BACKGROUND MUSIC FOR FOCUS & CALM

Set the ambience for any moment: calming music and white noise for studying and focus, relaxing soundscapes to unwind after a long day, or a peaceful atmosphere at home.

CLARITY TEST

How clear is your mind today? Answer a short series of questions and get your personal mental clarity score — then watch it climb as you listen.

BACKED BY UNIVERSITY RESEARCH

Our sound technology was studied by researchers at Rutgers University School of Nursing, with results published in a peer-reviewed journal (The Journal for Nurse Practitioners, 2023). In the study of 100 healthcare workers, perceived stress was reduced by 75% after 30 days of daily listening — a statistically significant drop from moderate to low stress. New independent sleep research is now underway.

WHAT LISTENERS SAY

“It’s so much more than an app. It’s a powerful and life-changing experience!”

“I was skeptical at first. But once I started listening, my thoughts stopped racing and the binaural music transported me to another world.”

“I look forward to going to sleep every night — 25 minutes of pure bliss.”
